Terms and Conditions of the Foundation Webshop Keurmerk

The Foundation has set up conditions that can be used by all shops under the Foundation Webshop Keurmerk. The use of the Conditions is not obligated, but the Foundation advises to use these conditions.

De Conditions are based on the Dutch and European laws and applicable on every product or service.

The "Algemene Voorwaarden" in Dutch can be downloaded here as PDF.

If you're a member you can ask for the Word-document and then you can fill in the data mentioned in article 1.
